What is My Investment In Solar?

Is Their Tax Incentive and Rebates for Solar
Absolutely!! The main tax incentive that everyone qualifies for is the FTC as long as you have taxable income. You use the tax money to apply to the system. Their are other local and state rebates available, but every state is different and need to check with your utility company.
Will it increase my home Value?
According to Zillow adding solar panels to your home will increase your home value u 4.1% in equity. Think about this. We aren't adding an extra bill.
You're just taking your current electric bill you are already paying and flipping to the investment in your home.
What About My Roof?
All of our solar installations come with a workmanship warranty. That mean whatever we touch including your the roof we are liable for.
If you need a new roof we can put into the deal and replace it. We do this all the time.
Will I get credit if the Solar System produces more than I use?
YES!!!!!! This is what we call "Net Metering". If your system produces more than you use it will get sent back to the grid (electric company) and they will give you credit to apply to future bills.
Because of the Net metering we use the electric company as our battery back up. Yes batteries are good, but if your looking for the highest ROI than we say use the electric company as your battery back up.
How do I know my System is producing
You will actually have an app that keeps track of daily, weekly,monthly, yearly and total overall KW production.
All our Solar panel installations come with a 25 yr warranty and 25+ yr production warranty you will be able to tell if your system is is not producing at maximum output.
